Cheryl Gould is a senior HR executive, TEDx speaker, and author with nearly 30 years of experience helping organizations connect business strategy, operations, and people practices to drive growth, strengthen leadership, and improve business performance.
She has partnered with executives, business owners, and leadership teams across industries to navigate organizational change, employee relations, leadership development, performance, and organizational effectiveness. Cheryl is known for translating business priorities into practical people strategies that strengthen managers, create accountability, and support sustainable results.
At The Good People Company, Cheryl works directly with founders and leadership teams that have outgrown managing people by instinct and are ready to build the structure, leadership capability, and operating discipline needed for their next stage of growth.

Jen D’Agostino is a senior HR and talent executive with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations build high-performing teams and talent systems that support sustainable growth.
She has partnered with CEOs and senior leaders to connect business strategy with talent strategy, with deep experience in leadership development, succession planning, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational capability. Her career includes executive leadership roles with organizations such as RTI International and AECOM, as well as advising growing businesses on the people strategies and systems needed to scale.
At The Good People Company, Jen works with founders and leadership teams that know where the business is going but need to make sure the organization, leaders, and talent strategy can support the journey.
